Prof. Faridah Amir Ali as the Medical & Research Lead for AAPP. A Professor of Family Medicine, distinguished clinician, researcher and medical educator, she has made significant contributions to primary care, family medicine training and health systems research internationally. She served as Dean, Faculty of Family Medicine, College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). With her extensive academic, clinical and leadership experience, she provides strategic leadership for AAPP’s medical, academic and research initiatives.

Currently working as Lead Engineer Asset Strategy and Risk for AGL Renewables in Melbourne. I have 34 years of experience in oil, gas, brown coal fired power plants and renewable generation. Areas of experience include; Wind Power Generation, Engineering Management, Organisational leadership and Asset Management. I have been qualified and trained in; Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Management, Scenario Planning, Team, Organisational and Community Leadership. Dr. Aziz Baluch is a Dental surgeon by profession and have been providing dental services since 2002. He is the dental lead for AAPP , United Leaders Forum, and also an elected member for ANZAPP, ADA and APHA.
Pharmacy Lead
Irfan Khan, professionally a pharmacist. He completed B Pharmacy from Karachi University and Masters from Monash Uni. Irfan has been working in Pfizer pharmaceuticals for the last 19 years. Currently working as Process Validation Specialist.


Education Lead
Noori Ahmed is highly experienced and qualified registered teacher. For over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience in both Primary and Secondary Education sectors in Australia and New Zealand. She is currently leading various educational roles along with teaching. Noori’s education background includes B.Ed. specialising in Teaching degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and Information in Communication Technology in Education, Postgraduate degree from Monash University, Australia. She holds many educational Professional certifications. She has won “National Excellence In Teaching Award- Victoria State and Territory Award” by ASG, being top ten teachers in Victoria and top eleven at National level. She has been nominated by City of Whittlesea as “Australian Citizen of the Year” award in 2016.For two consecutive years (2018 and 2019) won “National Teacher Leadership in Student Council” award by Australian Muslim Youth Leadership Association Inc (AMYLA). She was finalist in category of “Woman of the Year” by Australian Muslim Achievement Awards in 2019, Sydney. With her dedication and aspiration, she was successful in winning other major National awards including National Project of the year award and National Community Engagement Award for her workplace by AMYLA (2018 and 2019).

Arbab has degrees in accounting, economics and finance and is a member of CPA Australia (formerly known as Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants) and a licensed tax agent. Arbab has more than ten years’ experience in the taxation, bookkeeping, accounting and finance industry.
